After working with complex trauma over many years, I have noticed that trauma deeply impacts one's relationship with their sacred energy (Eros). When we are disconnected from this sacred energy, we are disconnected from ourselves—and from our full capacity to live, create, and thrive. Opening Dialogue & Boundaries We begin with an opening dialogue to align the session with your personal intention. Together, we discuss and map out your boundaries to support a completely safe, respected, and nourishing container. Somatic Bodywork This is a full-body, sensual, and nurturing massage designed to gently activate your sacred energy. Each session is individually tailored to your body's unique needs. The bodywork incorporates intuitive massage and trigger point therapy. This may or may not include breast massage, depending on your comfort and readiness. Please note: This is not a yoni massage. However, there are specific energetic and physical areas around the intimate region that hold tension and support profound somatic release. We will thoroughly discuss this prior to starting to ensure your boundaries are completely honoured. Deep Integration Depending on what your body is holding and ready to move through, this process can naturally involve deep inner child healing and ancestral clearing. The Afterglow You can expect to walk away from this container feeling completely elevated, open, and profoundly softened.
