​Talk therapy is important, but I knew that I needed to go deeper within myself - to truly shift the things that were weighing me down & holding me back.​
​
Doing so opened up some doors, that I never imagined would lead me to the places I was taken.
​
I am Italian. What is quite common within the Italian culture, along with many other cultures, is to bury the things that are too difficult to confront.

What happens when we bury the things that we cannot deal with?​
​
They fester, and live on within us, - as life blocks, and health issues until we can stop - and acknowledge the events & buried emotions of the past.

Unresolved trauma, gets passed down the line, from generation to generation, until there is healing and resolution.

This self inquiry led me to some very confronting places - which allowed me to completely transform my health and my life.
​
Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined, that my grandfathers experience with the Mafia, was connected to my current life challenges.
That feeling unsafe in my body, was connected to my mother's experiences growing up.​

From bypassing the mind, and working with the information held in your body, we can bring to rest, the things within you, that are weighing you down & holding you back.

From reading your face & body, I will be to able to identify unresolved stories & emotions held in your body, that are weighing you down or holding you back. With the information provided, we will begin the process of healing & integration through emotional release bodywork and/or family constellation therapy.

Emotional Release Bodywork
A combination of trigger point therapy & massage. This process is deeply relaxing, shifting you out of your mind into your body. From the information I receive from your tissue - I will take you through a process, to unlock & release stagnant & stuck energy held in your body. This process is facilitated safely and gently, honouring exactly where you are at. Expect to walk out of the session, feeling softer, lighter & more connected to yourself.

Family Constellation Therapy
This process is difficult to articulate. You need to experience this work, in order to fully understand how truly powerful it is. Family Constellation Therapy has got absolutely nothing to do with astrology. It is a grounded practice, founded by late Bert Helllinger, a German psychotherapist. This method explores the impact of ancestral patterns impacting your current circumstances. It's a powerful tool for uncovering & resolving the root cause of persistent issues, leading to profound personal transformation.​​​​
Please Note
In order for the emotional release bodywork to be effective, it is crucial that we address the roots of the underlying emotions and stories held in the tissue, which is best achieved through an initial session of Family/ Systemic Constellation Therapy or Inner Parts Work. This then prepares the body for a more effective hands on treatment, - emotional release bodywork. Because everyone is unique, I will check in with you before proceeding and tailor the treatment to best suit your individual needs.
