I understand that this work bypasses intellectual understanding.

 I understand this work is appropriate for me when I am in a stable and secure place in my life, with the capacity to delve into deeper layers.

 

I recognise that if there are parts of me that are not ready or willing to engage at this level, it's important to honour these parts.

I understand that we cannot force a process if there is no invitation.

 

I understand that the body requires time, trust, and safety to be able to let go and surrender.
