Psychosomatic Therapy

Trusting the wisdom of your body

Psychosomatic Therapy helps you understand the deeper messages your body is trying to convey.

It explores what lies beneath the surface, examining the connection between your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Your body holds onto so much: your personal history, ingrained patterns, inherited traits, unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, and the stories you tell yourself. These all influence your health, energy levels, and overall ability to thrive.

Through techniques like emotional release bodywork, inner parts work, and family constellation therapy, we can connect with the unresolved parts within you that are longing for acknowledgement and healing. This work addresses both your personal stories and any ancestral narratives held within your tissues.

The Inner Child

The missing piece

Engaging in Inner Child Work is essential for genuine healing at a Soul level.

When the inner child feels unsafe, it can manifest as anxiety a sense of disconnection.

To truly experience safety and connection with our authentic selves, we must establish a secure foundation within.

This allows us to nurture that part of ourselves like the parent we wished for, facilitating the harmonious integration of all aspects of our being and paving the way to profound inner peace.

Family Constellation Therapy

Heal inherited generational trauma

Despite its name, Family Constellation Therapy has nothing to do with astrology.

Instead, it delves into how we inherit and carry trauma and conditioning across generations, often unconsciously. Inherited trauma can manifest in various ways, including health issues, relationship patterns, difficulties moving forward, anxiety, and feelings of disconnection.  These patterns often originate from significant, unresolved, or unacknowledged traumatic events experienced by our parents, grandparents, or even further back in our lineage.

Healing inherited trauma can begin with simply honouring the fates of our ancestors, giving voice to what has been suppressed, and acknowledging what has been buried and forgotten. This is often achieved through ritual, either individually or within a group setting.

The power of this work can be difficult to fully comprehend intellectually.  However, it's a potent tool for addressing the root causes of any obstacles you face.
